SUNFRAIL has defined “frailty” according to the bio-psycho social paradigm in coherence with its different dimensions (physical, psychological, social and economic).
Nine questions selected from evidence based tools already adopted in health services in the European Union and in the US.
SUNFRAIL project works closely with the EIP-AHA network, the European Union Geriatric Medicine Society (EUGMS) working group on “Frailty in older persons” and the Joint Actions on Prevention of Frailty (ADVANTAGE) and on Prevention and Management of Chronic Diseases (Chrodis).
